甲状软骨上角综合征35例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨以甲状软骨上角疼痛为特点的症候群的命名及其诊断与治疗方法。方法总结2002年5月—2012年12月发现和治疗的以甲状软骨上角局部疼痛为特点的患者的临床资料35例,这些患者甲状软骨上角局部压痛明显,并且能排除茎突过长、舌骨综合征等其他颈部疼痛疾病。其中25例在外院已给予3～12 d静脉输注抗生素等治疗症状无好转。结果全部病例采用微波、超短波照射等理疗方法,治疗5～7 d,每天照射1～2次,症状完全消失,理疗过程中未再使用抗生素。结论我们称之谓甲状软骨上角综合征的是一组以甲状软骨上角疼痛为特点的症候群,其上角软组织为非感染性炎症,表现为咽痛、吞咽痛、颈部疼痛,而最痛点位于甲状软骨上角,通过微波、超短波等照射理疗就能治愈。Objective To do research into the clinical diagnosis, naming and the treatment for the diseases characteristic of pain on the superior horn of thyroid cartilage. Methods Clinical data of 35 cases of diseases characteristic of pain on the superior horn o2 thyroid cartilage during May 2002 and December 2012 were analyzed. The characteristics of the disease was obvious local tender- ness on the superior horn of thyroid cartilage eliminating elongation of styloid process, hyoid bone syndrome, and other diseases re- sulting in pain in neck. Out of the cases, 25 were given 3 - 12 days＇ intravenous drip of antibiotics for treatment outside our hospi- tal but no relief in symptoms was shown. Results All the cases were given physiotherapy including microwave and ultrashort wave therapy for 5 to 7 days （ once to twice a day ）. All the symptoms disappeared completely. No antibiotics were given through the treatment course. Conclusion Syndrome of superior horn of thyroid cartilage is a group of diseases characteristic of pain on the, su- perior horn of thyroid cartilage as well as non-infectious inflammation on the soft tissue of superior horn and manifested by sore throat, swallowing pain, and neck pain. The most painful spot lies in the superior horn of thyroid cartilage. The syndrome can be cured by irradiation physiotherapy like microwave or ultrashort wave.
