超声检查对胎儿颈部水囊状淋巴管瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查对颈部水囊状淋巴管瘤的诊断价值。方法应用Philips飞凡超声诊断仪对胎儿进行畸形筛查,检出胎儿颈部水囊状淋巴管瘤后观察胎儿水囊瘤以及合并症的声像图并进行分析。结果在10 112例孕妇中,检出4例胎儿颈部水囊状淋巴管瘤,3例为有分隔水囊瘤,1例为无分隔水囊瘤,4例均发生于颈部,其中3例伴有合并症。结论超声检查在胎儿颈部水囊状淋巴管瘤诊断中具有重要价值,是最直接有效的首选方法。Objective To explore the role of uhrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical cystic lymphangioma. Methods During screening for fetal malformation by Philips＇ ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, the sonograms of fetal hygroma and complications were analyzed after cervical cystic lymphangioma was detected. Results Among 10,112 cases of pregnant women, fetal neck water- cystic lymphangioma was found in four cases, three of which were confirmed as separated hygroma, and one of which was confirmed as non-separated hygroma. The hygroma was located at neck in all the four cases including three ones with complications. Conclusion Ultrasound detection has important value in the diagnosis of fetal water-cystic lymphangioma, and is considered as a preferred method that is the most direct and effective.
