后像消逝试验对诊断糖尿病慢性并发症的临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析后像消逝试验对诊断糖尿病视网膜病变、肾病的临床意义。方法对68例2型糖尿病患者行后像消逝试验 ,分DR和NDR组 ,并设正常对照组34例比较。结果DR和NDR组与对照组比较 ,均有极显著差异 (P<0.01)。19例糖尿病患者后像消逝时间与24小时尿蛋白的相关分析显示呈负相关 (r= -0.5785,t=2.9242,p<0.01)。结论后像消逝试验可作为判断糖尿病患者视网膜病变程度、肾病诊断的重要参考指标之一 ,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the posterior image flight test in the diagnosis of DR and DN. Methods Posterior image flight test was conducted on 68 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus. All the cases were divided into DR group and NDR group according to their clinical status. Another 34 normal cases served as the control. Results Significant differences were observed among all the cases in the three groups (P<0.01 respectively). In19 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus, negative correlation was observed between the posterior image flight and urine protein in 24 hours (r=-0.5787, t=2.9242, P<0.01). Conclusion Posterior image flight test could serve as an index in the diagnosis of the diabetic retinopathy and the diabetic nephropathy.
