“血液二号”治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜38例

摘　　要：目的:观察采用中药"血液二号"治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(CITP)的疗效。方法:将68例CITP患者随机分为2组,给予不同方案,2组治疗每隔3个月作一次对照比较,观察外周血血小板计数、骨髓产板巨核细胞数。结果:经过治疗后患者的血小板数和骨髓产板巨核细胞数都有不同程度的增多,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月时比较A组无明显优势,但在治疗6个月时2组比较,A组疗效明显,与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且药物副反应A级明显低于B组。结论:"血液二号"治疗CITP能促进巨核细胞向成熟分化,促进血小板的生成,疗效好于单用西药醋酸泼尼松。Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of ＂XueyeⅡ＂ for the chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （CITP）. Methods：A total of 68 CITP patients were randomly divided into two groups. group A was treated with ＂XueyeⅡ＂ and group B was treated with Prednisone Acetate. Peripheral blood platelet count and bone marrow-plate megakaryocyte cells were counted every three months for both groups. Results： Platelet count and bone marrow-plate megakaryocyte cells had a significant increase in both groups （P0.05）. There was no significant difference between two groups after three-month treatment. But the efficacy of group A was significant better than group B after six months. The side effect of group A was much lower than group B.Conclusion： ＂XueyeⅡ＂ can promote megakaryocyte cells to mature differentiation and also can promote formation of platelet, it has better therapeutic effect than prednisone acetate alone.
