针药并用治疗泌尿系结石160例

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸联合排石止痛汤对泌尿系结石治疗的临床效果。方法:将于我院就诊的284例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组160例,对照组124例,治疗组给予针灸联合排石止痛汤治疗,对照组予肾石通颗粒口服,2组均以15d为1个疗程,2个疗程结束后观察效果。结果:治疗组治愈率70%,对照组治愈率37.1%,治疗组治愈率远高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药并用对泌尿系结石具有良好治疗效果,优于常规肾石通颗粒治疗。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Urinary stones. Methods： A total of 284 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （160 cases） and the control group （124 cases）. The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with discharging calculus and relieving pain decoction, while the control group was given the Shenshitong granule for two period of treatment （15 days as 1 period of treatment）. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 70%, while the control group was 37.1%. The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective for urinary stones. It is better than the routine treatment of Shenshitong granule.
