摘　　要：本文通过对近年来相关文献的分析、总结与概括,综述了大孔吸附树脂在分离纯化中药多糖类、黄酮类、皂苷类、生物碱类等有效成分及中药复方有效部位方面的最新进展,并介绍了组合树脂的联用技术,旨在为进一步的研究和工业化生产提供参考。Based on review of recent literatures, this paper provided most up-to-date progress of macroporous resin in the separation and purification of effective ingredients （amylase, flavone, alkaloid） or compounds in traditional Chinese medicine. In addition, it introduces the technology of a Two-Step macroporous resin column separation, providing the reference for further research and industrial production.
