摘  要:为了解甘肃高山细毛羊的遗传多样性,为地方绵羊品种的选种、选育及保种工作奠定基础,选取位于绵羊第25号染色体上的微卫星标记BMS1714和INRA61,对其进行遗传多样性研究。结果表明:BMS1714基因座有10个等位基因,PCR扩增片段大小在121~138 bp之间;优势等位基因为138,优势基因型为138/138;多态信息含量(PIC)、有效等位基因数(Ne)、平均杂合度(He)分别为0.714、4.029和0.731。INRA61基因座有11个等位基因,PCR扩增片段大小在279~292 bp之间;优势等位基因为286,优势基因型为286/286;PIC、Ne、He分别为0.776、5.127和0.809。因此,甘肃高山细毛羊超细毛品系微卫星位点BMS1714和INR A61均呈现高度多态,这两个位点可用于甘肃高山细毛羊的遗传多样性分析。In order to study the genetic diversity of Gansu Alpine Merino ultra fine wool strain, and lay foundation for the local sheep breeds, breeding and conservation,microsatellite markers BMS1714 and INRA61, which were on l he 25th sheep chro- mosome, were selected to study their genetic diversity in this study. Results showed that there were 10 alleles in BMS1714 loci, the fragment size was 121-138 bp, polymorphic information content( PIC ), the effective number of alleles( Ne ), and average het- erozygosis(He) of the B MS 1714 loci were 0.714,4.029 and 0.731 respectively; INRA61 had 11 alleles, the fragment size was 279- 292 bp, the PIC, Ne and He were 0.776, 5.127and 0.809 respectively. It shows that microsatellite loci BMS1714 and INRA61 on the Gansu Alpine Merino are highly polymorphic loci and can be used for genetic diversity analysis of Gansu Alpine Merino.
