房、室缺小循环心功能检测参数的临床意义及其与肺动脉压的关系

摘　　要：目的：了解房、室缺小循环心功能检测参数的临床意义及其与肺动脉压的相关关系。方法：本文采用国产无创小循环心功能检测仪，获取１６例房、室缺患者手术前后小循环心功能检测波形图，分析其变化，并与超声心动图指标进行比较。结果：术后 Ｑ－ｊ间期较术前缩短，Ｑ—ｊ／ｊ－ｚ较术前减小，Ｈａ／Ｈｚ，Ｈｃ／Ｈｚ均较术前下降。肺动脉压与 Ｑ－ｊ间期、Ｑ－ｊ／ｊ－ｚ值呈正相关，与ｈｚ值呈负相关。结论：无创小循环心功能检测用于先心房、室间隔缺损患者，不仅可以对手术效果作出评价，而且可以了解肺动脉的顺应性，对决定能否手术有较高的应用价值。Objective: This clinical study was aimed to evaluate the clinical significance of the parameter of right chest electric admittance plethysmography (RCEAP) and its correlation with changes of pulmonaryartery pressure in ASD and VSD. Methods: This study included 16 patients with ASD and VSD. The parameters of RCEAP were performed with the XXH - 2000 Model Lesser Circulation Heart Function Test Machine before and after the operation and analysing the parameters and comparing it with the finding of echocardiography. Results: Q -j interval, Q - j/j - z ratio, Ha/Hz ratio and He/Hz ratio all decreased after operation. There is a close positive correlation between Q - j interval, Q - j/j - z ration and pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) and a negative correlation between Hz and PAP. Conclusions: The data indicate RCEAP is a useful new method in evaluation the effect of operation and evaluating the comformance of pulmonary for deciding operation or not.
