摘 要:基于正逆向混合建模方案完成零件逆向建模的基础,建立了评价重构的CAD模型的质量体系,包括精度评价与曲面光顺分析两个方面。给出了精度评价指标和误差控制策略,对于应用FARO-LDI三维激光扫描测量系统的逆向建模过程中,各环节的误差来源进行了具体分析,提出了具体的控制误差的技术手段,最终确定了计算逆向建模整个过程的总误差的数学模型。给出曲面光顺的准则,分析了曲面光顺分析的常用方法,并通过具体实例进行了应用。Based on combined scheme of forward and backward modeling, we accomplish the inverse modeling. Meanwhile, we construct the quality architecture of evaluating reconstructed CAD model which includes two discipline of precision evaluation and analysis of surface smoothing. The index of precision evaluation and error control strategy are presented. The practical analysis on error resource of inverse modeling process through application of FARO-LDI three-dimensional laser scanning is carried out. Then we propose technical method to control the error. Finally, we determine the mathematical model of global error for the whole process of inverse modeling. Comequendy, surface smoothing criterion is given. The common method of surface smoothing analysis is also conducted and the particular examples are provided to validate the efficiency.
