摘　　要：阿巴卡韦过敏反应(ABC HSR)是欧美国家临床应用抗艾滋病药物阿巴卡韦时少数病例发生的过敏性多器官综合征。2001年发现HLA-B*5701等位基因与阿巴卡韦超敏反应密切相关,本文综述了HLA-B*5701基因筛查与阿巴卡韦过敏反应的相关性研究及HLA-B*5701基因筛查应用于阿巴卡韦过敏反应的价值、意义以及在国际上的研究现状。Abacavir hypersensitivity（ABC HSR）reactions is an Multi-organ hypersensitivity syndrome caused by abacavir which has been prescribed for the treatment of HIV infection in occident in the European and American countries.In 2001 a strong predictive association between carriage of HLA-B＊5701 allele and abacavir hypersensitivity reactions was described.This review summarize the development and significance of HLA-B＊5701 genetic screening as a means of preventing drug hypersensitivity reaction and the development of international research about it.
