摘 要:收缩温度是评估皮革性能的重要参数,然而传统测定收缩温度的方法有取样面积大、对样品均一性要求较高等缺点,因此本文研究了一种用显微热台收缩温度仪(MHT)测试皮革收缩温度(Ts)的新方法。通过在显微镜下观察几根纤维(约1~2 mg)在升温过程中的收缩形态,并记录几个收缩阶段的温度(皮纤维收缩形态分为四个阶段),将结果与数字式皮革收缩温度测定仪测得的Ts进行对照,通过误差分析发现皮纤维在纯水介质中达到第三收缩阶段时的温度TM3与皮革的Ts相近,可以作为皮革的收缩温度测定值。研究表明,这种新方法简明、安全、操作方便,且需要的皮样很少,是一种有效的皮革收缩温度测试新方法。Shrinkage temperature (Ts) of leather is an important parameter for leather assessment. It is measured by a digital tester of leather shrinkage temperature. But high uniformity and large size of sample is required in the traditional method. In this experiment, a new method of measuring leather shrinkage temperature by micro hot table (MHT) was studied. First, several pieces of fibers ( about 1 - 2 mg) were taken from a leather and heated on a hot table with temperature rising, during the process the shape of the fibers was observed (divide the shrinking process into four stages) by the microscope and corresponding temperatures were recorded. Then the temperatures of the four stages were compared with the Ts tested by a traditional method. The results show that the temperature of the third stage ( TM3 ) is very close to the Ts and can be determined as the shrinkage temperature of leather. The research reveals that the MHT technique is a convenient, safe and effective method of measuring the shrinkage temperature of leather.
