摘　　要：介绍了广元市实施山区林业综合开发的经验。坚持循优发展路径,将林业放在经济社会发展全局统筹谋划,探索并形成了＂三化一转变＂的山区林业综合开发模式。着力围绕构建木本油料、森林蔬菜、森林旅游、森林畜牧、林板加工、珍稀苗木和蚕桑、茶叶、中药材的＂6＋3＂林业产业体系。地震灾后重建以来,广元在四川省率先提出走低碳重建、低碳发展之路,强固生态基础。The paper introduces the implementation of mountainous area forestry comprehensive development expe- rience in Guangyuan city. Adhere to the following optimal path, puts forestry economic and social development plan as a whole, global exploration and formed ＂three transformation and one change＂ of mountainous area forestry comprehensive development mode. Focus on how to construct the woody oil plants, forest vegetables, forest tour- ism, forest, animal husbandry, forestry board processing, rare tree and sericulture, tea, medicinal herbs ＂6 ＋ 3＂ forest- ry industry system. Since the post-earthquake reconstruction, Guangyuan in Sichuan province takes the lead in put forward the reconstruction of low carbon, low carbon development road, strong ecological basis.
