辽东山区水源涵养林现状与经营对策研究

摘　　要：阐述了辽宁东部山区水源涵养林经营现状,并对其存在问题进行了分析,提出了加强水源涵养林保护利用及建设的几点建议,如适地适树,以优良乡土树种为主,针阔混交和阔叶混交为主;调整树种、林种结构,改善林分质量;健全法律保障体系和监督机制;科技兴林,加快成果转化;建立多渠道投融次机制等。This paper elaborates present state of water conservation forests in eastern mountainous of Liaoning prov- ince, and analysis of the existing problems. The counter measures and suggestions are raised for protection and utili- zation of water conservation forests. Adjusted to the optimal tree, given priority to excellent native tree species, mixed needle and broad-leaved mixed; Adjust the structure of tree species, improve forest quality. Improve the le- gal protection system and supervision mechanism; strengthen science and technology, speed up the achievements; establish multi-channel investment mechanism, etc.
