浓缩狂犬病疫苗接种副反应观察及影响因素初探

摘　　要：目的 :了解接种浓缩狂犬病疫苗后的副反应情况及影响因素。结果 :副反应率为 13.99% ,儿童组的副反应率 (17.87% )高于成人组 (12 .16 % ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,女性副反应率 (19.94% )显著高于男性(9.44 % ,P<0 .0 1) ,有青霉素过敏史者的副反应率 (2 9.41% ) ,显著高于无青霉素过敏史者 (11.38% ,P<0 .0 1) ,有狂苗接种史的副反应率 (30 .38% )显著高于无狂苗接种史者 (12 .2 5 % ,p<0 .0 1) ,某一批号的副反应率 (19.2 5 % )高于其它批号的平均副反应率 (12 .71% ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,出现反应者再免时用抗过敏药可显著降低副反应的发生。In order to find out side reaction of concentrated rabies vaccine and influential factors.The results showed that the rate of side reaction was 13.99%.In the children group of side reaction was higher than in the adult group with sigificant difference( P <0.05)in statistics,side reaction in female group was significantly higher than that in male group ( P <0.01). The rate of side reaction in people who had penicillin allergic history with rabies vaccine were significantly higher than that in people who hall no penillin auergic history. ( P <0.01) The rate of side reaction in one batch number vaccine was significantly higher than the average rate of side reaction of other batch number vaccine. The drug of anti-allergic can reduce the rate of side reaction in the people who had side reaction previously.
