摘　　要：研究高炉喷煤工艺,设计了基于PLC的高炉喷煤自动控制系统。应用S7-300PLC搭建高炉喷煤自动控制硬件系统,建立包括上位机计算机、PLC以及现场控制设备在内的高炉喷煤总体控制系统,运用SIMATIC STEP7V5.4和WinCC组态软件实现控制系统的软件设计。By studing the blast furnace coal injection technology, this paper designed an automatic control system based on PLC for blast furnace coal injection, including the host computer, PLC and field control equipment. The hardware system of the automatic control system is built by the Siemens S7-300 series of PLC, and the software design is completed by using SIMATIC STEP7 VS. 4 and WinCC.
