摘  要:目的 :评价 CT仿真血管内镜的临床应用价值及限度。方法 :2 5例患者进行了螺旋 CT增强扫描。其中腹主动脉瘤 6例 ,主动脉夹层 7例 ,肺癌纵隔淋巴结肿大压迫血管 4例 ,颈部炎性淋巴结肿大压迫血管 1例 ,部分肺静脉异位引流 1例 ,右大脑中动脉瘤 1例 ,正常血管 5例。扫描参数 :层厚 3~ 7mm,螺距 1.5~ 2 .5。重建间隔 1.5~ 2 mm。然后输入工作站进行血管内腔、二维、多平面体积重组 (MPVR)、表面阴影遮盖法 (SSD)及最大密度投影 (MIP)重建。结果 :CT仿真血管内镜能清晰的显示血管内表面及正常和异常血管开口、异常血管孔道夹层动脉瘤的内膜片及真假腔等。结论 :CT仿真血管内镜作为一种无创诊断手段 ,与其他三维重建技术综合运用 。Objective:To evaluate clinical dignostic efficiency and limitation of CT virtual intravascular endoscopy in assessment of vascular diseases.Methods:Contrast enhanced spiral CT of the vessels was performed in 25 patients including abdominal aneurysm(6 cases),aortic dissection(7 cases),compression of vesssels by lymphadenovarix(5 cases),abnormal drainage of partial pulmonary venus(1 case),right middle cerebral artery aneurysm(1 case) and normal vessels(5 cases).All cases were scaned by using collimation of 3~7 mm,pitch of 1.5~2.5,reconstruction of 1.5~2 mm.CT virtual intravascular endoscopy,two-dimensional images,MPVR,SSD and MIP were created in workstation.Results:CT virtual intravascular endoscopy can dimonstrate the inner lumen of vessels,normal and abnormal orifice,intimal flap and site of rupture and ture or false lumen of aortic dissection.Conclusion:As a noninvasive method CT virtual intravascular endoscopy combined with other three-dimensional postprocessing techniques will provide more information for the diagnosis of vascular diseases. [
