摘  要:目的:通过触控式省水阀对医源性污物的自动清除能力研究,考察其在综合性医院环境中使用的适应性。方法:设置HP185-S触控式省水阀的出水时间为6s,间隔2h用血液碘伏混合物浸泡其触碰开关3次,并在实验室环境中干燥24h,然后连续6次放取水样,将各水样进行血红蛋白和碘含量检测,并统计分析。结果:各水样的检测结果逐级下降。第5个水样的血红蛋白和碘检测的光密度值分别为0.008和0.003;第6个水样的血红蛋白和碘检测的光密度值分别为0和0.001,与本地自来水的检测值一致。结论:触控式省水阀能自动去除附着于表面的医源性污物,具备较好的防止医院内交叉感染的能力,可以作为综合性医院的基础设施使用。Objective: To verify the touch valve applications in the general hospital through the study of hospital pollution elimination. Methods: We have set the effluent time of HP185-S to 6second, and have soaked the switch in the mixture of blood and iodine tincture 3 times for every 2 hours. Then we have collected the sample for continuous 6 times after room dry for 24 hours, and have examined the concentration of hemoglobin and iodine. Results: The concentration of hemoglobin and iodine decreased one by one. The OD of hemoglobin and iodine in the 5th sample were 0.000 and 0.001 respectively. as the same as that in local tap water. Conclusion: Touch valve can automatically eliminate the hospital pollution and can be safely used in the general hospital.
