摘　　要：目的:为了适应我国医学装备事业的飞速发展,医院需要找到医学装备有效管理方法,解决其日益凸显的管理问题。方法:医院引入企业资源计划(ERP)信息系统,解决医学装备管理中存在的问题。结果:医院采用ERP信息系统后,医学装备管理水平有很大改善,实现了物资与财务的"实时动态"管理,并为全面掌握医院财务运营状况提供了信息支持手段。结论:ERP系统可有效整合医院资源,提高医学装备管理水平。Objective： As the medical equipment develops, the management problems of medical equipment are highlighted increasingly, such as, the number of equipments has grown fast which led to accounts inconsistent, medical supplies utilization is lack of effective supervision, the maintenance work cannot become part of total life cycle management. The hospital need find ways to solve these problems. Methods： The hospital introduced ERP into the daily management, and Use the system to solve the management problems of medical equipment. Results： Combined the practical problem of management, article presents the management and quality improvement for the hospital. Conclusion： ERP helps the hospital relocate resources, improve management level.
