摘　　要：目的 :探讨护士集中注射时手部的消毒方法。方法 :应用圣剑洁康露 1ml对 6 1名护士的手直接进行擦拭消毒并进行细菌学监测。结果 :护士手消毒后细菌除菌率为 99 6 %。消毒后手细菌含量符合部定标准。结论 :此方法的消毒效果与消毒液泡或棉球擦拭法比较 ,具有携带方便 ,程序简单 ,保护皮肤等优点 ,适用于各级医院内医护人员集中操作时手的消毒。Objective:To investigate for Sterilization method of nurses' hands when mass injection.Method:Scrub nurses' hands with 1ml saint sword disinfectant gel and sterilization effect was bacteriologically tested on hands of 61 nurses.Result:Sterilization rate is 99.6%.This meet the standard of heath department.Conclusion:This method is convenient to spread and use,it can protect nurses' skin,is suitable to hospital of various degree when mass injection.
