摘  要:介绍了目前国内外制浆黑液的主要处理方法,重点阐述了国内外采用超滤、微滤技术处理制浆黑液的研究进展,详细介绍了无机膜和有机膜在浓缩、预处理制浆黑液方面取得的效果。在制浆黑液的循环利用方面,超滤、微滤技术在投资和运行成本上具有较大优势,但是需要与其它膜过程集成,并进行系统工艺优化,提高整体回收、利用水平才具有工业化前景。最后,本文认为膜技术是经济、高效处理制浆黑液的重要发展方向。The treatment technology of the pulping black liquor both domestic and abroad is reviewed in this paper. The paper focuses on the application of ultra_filtration and microfiltration in pulping black liquor treatment. The effect of inorganic membrane and organic membrane in the concentration and pretreatment of pulping black liquor were introduced in detail as well. Ultrafihra- tion and microfiltration technology have a great advantage on the investment and operation cost in pulping black liquor recycling and reusing, but they require integrating with other membrane process and system, as well as process optimization, to improve the overall recovery and utilization levels before industrialization. Finally, the application of membrane technology in pulping black liquor treatment was proposed.
