摘　　要：论述了固态功率器件在放大器设计中的优越性,分析了由Lange耦合器和Wilkinson功率分配/合成器进行功率合成的方法,在此基础上介绍了一种由Lange耦合器构成的平衡放大器的设计方法,最后给出了一种由固态功率放大器构成的X波段固态发射机的电路组成、设计原理以及测试数据。Solid state transmitter consists of solid state power amplifier and peripheral circuit. Solid state transmitter is widely used in EW system for low voltage, small size and handiness. The advantage of solid state device used in transmitter is presented, and the method of power combing is analyzed by Lange coupler and Wilkinson splitter/combiner. On this basis, a balanced amplifier designed by Lange coupler is introduced. The circuit, principle and measurement for an X band transmitter which designed by solid state power amplifier are finished in the last paragraph.
