摘 要:针对凹子冲煤矿回风斜井受采动影响下破碎岩层巷道的特点进行了支护参数优化研究.通过现场松动圈测试、实验室矿物成分分析得出了受采动影响极软岩层巷道的变形破坏机理,并在此基础上提出了"先刚后柔再刚、先抗后让再抗"的支护理念,采用锚、网、喷的支护形式,通过数值分析等手段对该巷道的支护参数进行优化后得到了最优的支护参数.现场应用表明该回风斜井采用最优支护参数支护后,巷道围岩经5~6个月后,都能达到稳定状态,支护效果非常显著,可为类似矿山提供很好的借鉴.This paper studies the support parameter optimization, aiming at the characteristics of the Aozichong Mine inclined return - air shaft with broken rock roadway under the influence of mining. The deformation and failure mechanism of this kind of surrounding rock has work out by the loose circle test in the field and mineral composition analysis in lab. On this basis, the supporting ideas "unyielding first after soft and unyielding again, first resistance, then loose and make resistance again", has been put forward. Taking the support form of bolt -mesh - spurting, it optimizes the support parameter by the numerical analysis, the optimal schemes are obtained. The field application of optimal scheme on the inclined return - air shaft shows significant supporting effect that the roadway surrounding rock can reach the stable state after 5 or 6 months monitoring, so that it can provide a good reference for the similar mines.
