摘　　要：安全生产是保证企业发展,也是保障人权、稳定企业发展的需要对中国铝业青海分公司近20年来生产安全事故从4个角度进行统计分析,得出影响事故发生的心理因素,用安全行为学、心理学分析研究分析员工对安全生产的心理认同,对自身和他人生命价值的认知,对导致该公司生产事故发生的心理性问题的分析.提出一系列预防事故的心理控制措施,从而达到员工对企业安全管理内涵的理解和有效的预防控制事故的发生,确保安全生产的最终目的.Safety production is the guarantee of enterprise development, and it is also the need of human rights protection and the stability of enterprise development. production safety accidents from four aspects in Qinghai This paper makes a statistical analysis of the 20 - year long Branch of China Aluminum Company, obtains the psychological factors that influence the accident, uses the safety behavior and psychology to analyze and study the psychological identity of safety production of employees, and the cognition of the employees＇ own and other people＇ s value of life. This paper also analyzes the psychological problems that lead to the company＇ s accidents. Then, it puts forward a series of measures for the mental control, so as to achieve the ultimate goal that the staff members understand the connotation of the enterprise safety management, effectively prevent and control the accidents, and ensure the production safety.
