对中国高校国际化部分指标要素的再认识

摘　　要：中国高校的国际化是一个动态发展的概念,在新的阶段,需要对高校国际化的部分指标要素进行新的认识。分析认为,目前我国高校国际化指标体系忽视国际通用语言的战略地位和发展规划;重视外籍教师、归国留学人员、境外留学生和本校外出交流学习者数量,却忽视人员质量;忽视出国学习者中语言类和非语言类学生的比例结构,等等。建议在指标体系中增加英语教育发展规划,强调中国教师国际影响力和外籍教师多元化,提高非语言类学生和学业优良学生的出国比例,注重高校教学管理和生活管理的国际化。of English as the means for our international exchange should be realized in the framework of Chinese college internationalization. Also, quality rather than quantity of instructors and students in inbound and outbound flow emphasized. Furthermore, college management prepared for the cultural challenges brought up by a large number of teachers, students and returnees from overseas. Finally, campus diversity built and cross-cultural understanding enhanced.
