摘　　要：利用陶瓷焊补技术对焦炉炭化室破损墙面进行维修。介绍了陶瓷焊补设备的组成、焊补料特性以及焊补作业的准备工作、操作过程、热工制度。实践表明,焊补后的炭化室墙面平整、光滑,挂料情况良好,推焦阻力减小,电流下降,炉墙石墨分布均匀,炉体状况得到明显的改善。A ceramic welding technology is introduced in this paper for repairing the damaged carbon- ization wall surface, including the welding equipment, repairing compound properties, preparation, op- eration procedures and the hot work control etc.. The case shows that the welded wall surface appears flat and smooth, with improved oven proper conditions, such as better compound binding performance, less pushing resistance, lower pushing current and uniform distribution of graphite on oven wall.
