摘 要:铜陵公铁两用长江大桥3号主塔墩为深水特大型沉井基础,墩位水深、流急、地质气象条件复杂,施工难度大、技术含量高。重点介绍主墩特大型钢沉井整节段制造、运输,锚碇系统布置,钢沉井整节段接高、定位、着床,沉井下沉、封底等施工技术。在整个施工过程中研究和采用了多项关键技术,优质、高效、安全地完成了沉井基础的施工。The foundation of No. 3 main tower pier of the rail-cum-road bridge over the Yangtze River at Tongling is a huge open caisson foundation where the water is deep, flow is urgent, geology and meteorology conditions are complex, and the construction is very difficult with a higher technology content. This paper mainly introduces the construction technologies, such as whole-segment manufacturing and transportation of huge steel open caisson, anchorage system layout, whole-segment jointing, positioning, bedding, sinking, bottom sealing and so on. Many key technologies were studied and adopted in the whole process of the construction, so the construction of this open caisson foundation has been completed safely with high quality and high efficiency.
