摘　　要：目的:探讨精神科护理记录的简化在临床应用中的科学性、可行性及对优质护理服务的促进作用。方法:调整护理记录的内容、对象、记录频次等。结果:简化护理记录书写后缩短了书写时间,降低了护理记录书写差错率,提高了病人满意度。结论:简化护理记录书写能增强护士服务意识,增进护患感情,提升护理服务质量。Objective：Discussion on the simplification of psychiatric nursing records in clinical application of scientific sex, feasibility and the high quality nursing service effect. Methods：Adjust the contents of nursing records, object, recording frequency. Results： To simplify the writing of nursing records and later shortened the writing time, reduce the error rate of the writing of nursing records, improved patient satisfaction. Conclusions： Simplify the writing of nursing records and to enhance nurses＂ service consciousness, enhance the nurse - patient relationship, improve the clualitv of nursing service.
