系统心理干预对主动脉球囊反搏术(IABP)患者心理状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预措施对主动脉球囊反搏术(IAB P)患者心理状态的影响。方法将2009年1月-2012年6月我科收治的68例IABP患者随机分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施基础上配合系统心理干预,评定治疗干预前后两组患者焦虑程度等心理状况和患者满意度。结果经过系统心理干预后,观察组焦虑、紧张等不良心理状态的发生率均明显低于对照组,患者满意度明显提高。结论对IABP术患者进行系统心理干预可有效减轻患者不良情绪,并能提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the psychological state influence of psychological intervention measures to patients accepting the Intra-aortic Balloon Counter-pulsation （IABP） treatment. Methods To select 68 patients accepting the IBABP treatment in our department from January 2009 to June 2012 as objects of study. The objects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group 34 patients. The observation group was given conventional nursing measures while the control group was given not only conventional nursing measures but also systemic psychological intervention, finally to evaluate the psychological status and degree of satisfaction of the two groups. Result After systemic psychological intervention, the occurrence rate of unhealthy psychological status such as anxiety, nervousness in the control group was apparently lower than in the observation group. And the satisfaction rate was also apparently improved. Conclusion The systemic psychological intervention for patients accepting IABP could effectively reduce unhealthy emotions and improve patient satisfaction, and be worth application and popularization in clinic.
