摘  要:比较4种不同产地的川牛膝及其3种混淆品的抗炎药理作用。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和蛋清致大鼠足肿胀炎症模淹,研究川牛膝及其混淆品的抗炎作用。结果显示,板桥、宝兴川牛膝和川牛膝的3种混淆品可减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀程度和蛋清致大鼠足肿胀程度,且具有明显的量效关系;金口河川牛膝剂量为10g/kg时,可减轻蛋清致大鼠足肿胀程度,表明板桥、宝兴和金口河产川牛膝具有一定的抗炎作用,奉节川牛膝未见有抗炎作用;麻牛膝和"红牛膝"具有明显的抗炎作用。This paper evaluated the anti - inflammatory effects of the Cyathula officinalis Kuan and its three adulterants, using xylene induced ear swelling in mice or egg albumen induced paw swelling in rats. Results showed that Cyathula officinalis Kuan from Banqiao, Baoxing and its three adul-terants could dose - dependently reduce the ear swelling induced by xylene in mice and paw swelling induced by egg albumen in rats and Cyathula offwinalis Kuan from Jinkouhe 10g/kg could reduce paw swelling induced by egg albumen in rats. Conclusion was that the Cyathula officinalis Kuan from Banqiao, Baoxing or Jinkouhe had anti - inflammatory effect, but the Cyathula officinalis Kuan from Fengjie had no effect on inflammation, Cy-athula capitata Moq. and "Hongniuxi"also had obvious anti- inflammatory effect.
