摘 要:采用微波消解—电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法检测了常见12种菊科和蔷薇科饮用干花的10种微量元素含量。结果表明,花茶中含有丰富的人体必需元素Fe、Ca、Mg和Mn,具有较高的营养价值。该法用于饮用花茶品种的分析,其回收率在94.4%—113.3%之间。测定茶叶的标准物质GBW07605,结果与标准值基本一致。The study was carried out on the contents of kinds trace elements of drinking dried flowers in composite family and rosaceae by induc-tively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The results showed that flowers contained much more contents Fe, Ca, Mg and Mn. It implied that the nutritive value of the pagoda flower was high. The recovery was in the range of 94.4% - 113.3 %, which indicated that the method we used was practicable. The results obtained in the analysis of a standard reference material of tea ( GBW 07605 ) by this method were in consistency with the cer- tified values given in the certificate.
