应用5MHz探头对单侧眼球突出的超声病理诊断研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨用 5MHz探头超声扫查对单侧眼球突出的诊断价值 .方法　分析总结了临床经手术或CT确诊的单侧眼球突出 6 8例超声检查结果 .结果　与手术及CT结果比较 ,超声图像阳性 6 2例 (其中真阳性 6 0例 ) ,诊断准确率 88 2 % .其中假瘤 19例 ,眶囊肿 14例 ,海绵状血管瘤 12例 ,转移癌 5例 ,眼型Graves病 8例 ,血管畸形 5例 ,海绵窦动静脉瘘 2例 ,泪腺瘤 2例 ,眶脓肿 1例 .结论　 5MHz探头行单侧眼球突出的超声诊断技术 。Abjective To evaluate the effective of the unilateral exophthalmos in diagnosis by using 5-MHz detector ultrasonic scan.Methods Uitrasonic findings of 68 cases with unilateral exophthalmos confirmed by surgical operation and CT findings were analyzed retrospectivley.Results In the comparison with CT findings and surgical operation,the diagnostic rate of ultrasonic findings was 88.2%(60/68)(including true positive 60).Ultrasonic findings among 60 cases:Pseudotumor 19,orbit cyst 14,cavernous hemangioma 12,transfer cancer 5,Graves ophthalmopathy 8,Vaso-malformation 5,eavernous sinus arteriovenous fistulas 2,daeryoaden tumor 2 and obit abscess 1.Conclusions By using 5MHz detector,ultrasonic diagnostic technique in unilateral exophthalmos was satisfied.
