门诊应用自动痔疮套扎术治疗内痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨门诊应用自动痔疮套扎术治疗内痔的安全性和有效性。方法 70例内痔患者随机分为试验组(门诊手术)和对照组(住院手术),试验组35例,对照组35例,均采用自动痔疮套扎术方式,比较两组的疗效、不良反应、术后并发症、治疗总费用、患者满意度和术后半年随访情况。结果两组在疗效、不良反应、术后并发症和半年后复发率方面差异无统计学意义。而试验组治疗总费用、患者满意度优于对照组。结论门诊实施自动痔疮套扎术治疗内痔具有安全、有效,操作简便,治疗费用少,并发症发生率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids with internal hemorrhoids. Methods 70 cases patients with internal hemorrhoids devided into 2 groups randomly, study group （n=35） and control group （n=35）. They received automatic ligation of hemorrhoids synchronously. The efficacy of two groups was compared with regards to efficacy, adverse reaction, postoperative complications,total treatment expenditure,patient satisfaction and half a year follow up. Results After treatment,two groups demonstrated similar profiles of efficacy, adverse reaction, postoperative complications and half a year follow-up. Study group was obviously better than control group with regards to total treatment expenditure,patient satisfaction. Conclusion Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids has many advantages in outpatient,such as safety,effectiveness,operate simple,less treatment expenditure and a lower incidence of complications.Thus it is worthy of popularization of clinical application.
