毕节试验区小城镇建设的思考与对策

摘　　要：毕节试验区地理位置偏远,交通不便,自然灾害频繁,农业生产条件差,农村劳动力转移空间小,农民增收渠道窄,属国家贫困地区。加快小城镇建设,是实现加快调整地区生产力布局,转变经济发展方式,让更多农民就地就近转移就业的根本途径。从城镇化水平、基础设施、产业结构和资金投入等方面论述小城镇建设存在的问题,阐述毕节试验区小城镇建设的制约因素,并提出促进试验区小城镇建设的相关对策建议。According to Bijie belongs to the national poverty areas,for which has the experimental remote geological location,traffic inconvenience,frequent natural calamity,the poor agricultural production conditions,the little rural labor transfer space and farmers＇ narrow income channels.This article discussed problems existing in the construction of small towns from the aspects of the level of urbanization,infrastructure,industrial structure and capital investment,etc.,and expounded the restriction factor of construction of Bijie,the experimental small towns,and proposed the experimental relevant countermeasures to promote the construction of small towns.
