摘　　要：近年来,由于中国经济的持续高速增长,社会财富不断积累,一个稳定的高收入阶层的形成,国内私人银行业务已经起步。本文详细介绍了私人银行业务的概念及其特点,对我国商业银行开展私人银行业务进行SWOT分析,并系统地提出了相关的发展建议。In recent years,due to sustained and rapid growth of Chinese economy,social wealth accumulation constantly and a stable high-income stratum＇s formation,the domestic private banking business has started.This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of the private banking business in detail,makes SWOT analysis towards private banking business in China＇s commercial banks,and puts forward the proposal of development systematically.
