关于现代大学制度下高校教务管理工作的思考

摘　　要：现代大学制度下,高校内部管理体制面临着重大变革。教务管理部门作为高校教学管理的核心机构,该如何转变管理方式,完善教务管理职能,提高教务管理水平,更好地为广大教职工服务,是教务管理工作者面临的重大问题。文章从提升教务管理工作者素质、强化教务处职能、加强教务处建设、实现教务管理现代化方面,深入阐述了现代大学制度下高校教务管理工作应注意的几个重要问题。Under the modern university system,internal management system in Colleges and universities is facing a great change.Educational administration department,as the core of the college teaching management,how to change their internal management,under the guidance of thinking of reflecting ＂professors＇ academic management＂ how to perfect educational management functions,improve the management level and better serve the majority of staff are the major problems that educational administration is facing.This article,from the following aspects of promoting the educational administration management staff＇s quality,strengthening functions of teaching affairs office,reinforcing construction of teaching affairs office,realizing the modernization of management of teaching affairs,further elaborates several important problems that university educational administration management work should pay attention to under the modern university system.
