摘　　要：通过对人文精神与体育教育关系的研究,联系普通高校体育课程改革热点,分析当前普通高校体育教育中大学生人文精神培养状况,对普通高校体育教育中大学生人文精神培养的方法与途径进行了探索。Based on the research of the relationship between humanistic spirit and physical education,relating to the hot spots of physical education curriculum reform in regular institutions of higher learning,this paper analyses the situation in the cultivation of humanistic spirit of college students in physical education of regular colleges and universities and explores the the methods and ways to cultivate the humanistic spirit of college students in physical education in ordinary institutions of higher learning.
