摘　　要：新经济组织和新社会组织(简称"两新组织")青年数量的急剧增加,给共青团工作提出了严峻的挑战,文章从"两新组织"青年的生存状况和心里特点入手,分析该群体的特质和诉求,要求加强"两新"青年团组织体系建设,满足他们的组织归属需要与政治诉求,以团的活动为载体,有效吸引"两新组织"青年。The youth number of New Economic Organization and New Social Organization（abbreviation as ＂Two New Organizations＂） has increased sharply,wich is a severe challenge to the work of the Communist Youth League.This article,starting from the survival condition and psychological characteristics of the ＂Two New Organization＂ youth,analyzes the characteristics and appeal of this group,requests to strengthen the ＂ two new＂ Youth League organization system construction to meet their organizational attribution and political appeal,effectively attracts and unites the youth of ＂Two New Organizations ＂ taking the Communist Youth League activities as the carrier.
