摘　　要：篮球后备人才培养问题是关系我们国家篮球运动可持续发展的大问题,篮球运动的普及和开展离不开广大的青少年学生,新时期如何培养篮球后备人才是一个摆在我们面前亟待解决的问题。本文就新时期吉林省篮球后备人才培养问题进行了研究与阐述,提出了一些建议。Basketball reserve personnel training problem is a major problem related to our country basketball sustainable development.The popularity and development of basketball are inseparable from the vast number of young students,in new period how to cultivate basketball reserve talents is an urgent problem before us to be solved.This article studies and discusses basketball reserve talent cultivation in Jilin province in new period,and puts forward some suggestions.
