摘  要:因严重创伤、肿瘤、畸形等导致的骨缺损一直是临床骨科治疗的重点及难点。近几年来,组织工程学的飞速发展,导致了形形色色的人工骨的出现。新型的人工骨材料更加关注于如何实现快速骨整合与生理性骨重建。本文从人工骨支架应用的要求、构建材料的种类以及未来的挑战与机遇等几个方面对骨组织工程学支架的研究及发展情况作了系统的综述。With the increased incidence of traumatic bone defect and remanent bone defect caused by the curettage (such as tumor and deformity ), the repair and restoration of bone defect have been considered as a common topic in the field of orthopaedics department, also a difficult problem. Recently, with the development of tissue engineering, people are trying to search for the artificial bone materials, which are focused on how to achieve the goal of the rapid osseointegration as well as the physiological bone reconstruction. On these bases, we discussed some developing measures, application requirements and future challenges and opportunities which are towarding the development and progression in the bone tissue engineering.
