摘　　要：目的:探讨淋巴细胞免疫治疗封闭抗体阴性流产患者中的护理行为及心理干预对患者病情预后的影响。方法:选择86例封闭抗体阴性复发性流产患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用淋巴细胞免疫疗法进行治疗,观察组在此基础上实施护理及心理干预。结果:观察组封闭抗体转为阳性、获得妊娠人数、局部反应发生人数、满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:淋巴细胞免疫治疗封闭抗体阴性流产患者,在进行常规治疗的基础上,实施有效的护理行为及心理干预,可提高治疗效果与患者满意度,增加妊娠率,减少局部反应发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of lymphocyte immunotherapy closed nursing behavior and psychological intervention in patients with negative antibody abortion on the prognosis of the patients with.Methods The 86 cases of closed antibody negative recurrent abortion were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group using lymphocyte immune therapy for treatment,the observation group on the basis of the implementation of care and psychological intervention.Results The observation group closed antibody positive,to get the number of pregnancy,local reactions take place number,satisfaction is superior to control group,the contrast has significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion T cell immune therapy closed antibody negative abortion patients,in the conventional treatment on the basis of,effective nursing behavior and psychological intervention,to enhance the treatment effect and the degree of satisfaction of patients,increase pregnancy rate,reduce the incidence of local reactions.
