摘　　要：目的:探讨电针刺激疗法配合盆底肌锻炼治疗前列腺摘除术后尿失禁的疗效。方法:将前列腺摘除术后的患者210例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组105例。观察组采用电针刺激疗法加盆底肌肉锻炼法治疗,对照组仅采用盆底肌肉锻炼(即凯格尔运动)法治疗。结果:两组相比,观察组压力性尿失禁的治愈率、好转率明显高于对照组,对不同情况进行不同专业的护理。结论:电针刺激疗法加盆底肌肉锻炼治疗对前列腺摘除术后尿失禁的护理需要更专业的标准。Objective To investigate the electro-acupuncture therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise treatment prostatectomy incontinence efficacy.Methods Prostatectomy patients after 210 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,105 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with electro-acupuncture stimulation＋pelvic floor muscle exercise treatment of the control group only pelvic floor muscle exercise（Kegel exercises） treatment.Results Compared the two groups,the observation group,the cure rate of stress urinary incontinence,the improvement rate is significantly higher than that in the control group,different situations,different professional care.Conclusion EA stimulation＋pelvic floor muscle exercise for treatment of urinary incontinence after prostatectomy care needs of professional standards.
