摘　　要：如何运用医学伦理学原则来指导医院管理,协调医院与员工、医疗与患者、医疗与社会的各种道德关系,文章提出应加强医院的伦理化管理。并从医疗卫生事业的性质、祖国医学的传统美德、国际通行的法规原则等方面来论述伦理化管理的理论依据。提出了医院伦理化管理的基本原则和实现途径。Complex theory and practice of hospital moral construction are approached from aspects: modern societies are very pluralistic, allowing a certain degree of pluralism over norms; higher levels of postconventional morality will go beyond social convention, appealing to a higther set of abstract principles; rules and regulations to be judged relative to the circumstances; theory and practice rooted into the nature of health services; long - standing virtue of medical ethics of traditional Chinese medicine; development of relevant experience and practice in China and abroad.
