关于推进哈尔滨市“农超对接”的对策研究

摘　　要：哈尔滨市具备"农超对接"的基础和优势,也存在着对接地位不够平等、扶持政策不够有力、基础设施不够完善等方面的障碍。因而,提出强化政策驱动,优化对接环境;发展现代农业,夯实对接基础;完善基础设施,保障对接水平;搭建服务平台,提高对接效率等对策建议。Harbin has ＂basis and advantages of agricultural super docking＂, also exist in the docking status is not equal, policy support is not strong enough, not perfect infrastructure obstacles.Therefore, to strengthen the policy drive, optimization of docking environment;the development of modern agriculture, solid docking;improve infrastructure, security docking level;to buihl a service platform, improve docking efficiency countermeasures.
