摘　　要：分析了大学军训在增强国防观念、提高学生综合素质等方面起到的积极作用。在全面分析大学军训存在问题的基础上,阐述了作为一名新生辅导员在正确认识、应对方法、思想政治教育、心理适应等七个方面的工作心得。Analysis of the positive role of University of military training to enhance the awareness of national defense, improve the comprehensive quality of students.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems of the University of military training, described as a Freshman Counselors in the correct understanding, coping methods, ideological and political education, psychological adaptation, seven aspects of work experience.
