摘  要:基于固体密实充填采煤的覆岩移动规律,分析了沿空留巷围岩变形特征及巷旁支护体的作用机理,得出夯实机构夯实充填体而传递来的侧压力是导致巷旁支护体失稳和变形的主要因素,据此建立了侧向压力与巷旁支护体稳定性力学模型,推导出巷旁支护体宽度计算公式。根据花园煤矿的具体条件,对不同宽度巷旁支护体的变形特征进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,当支护体宽度大于2.5 m并采用锚带网联合支护加固后,侧压力引起的巷旁支护体变形可得到有效控制。现场工程实践证明该项技术成功有效,巷旁支护体稳定性力学模型及宽度计算公式合理。In this paper,we analyzed the surrounding rock deformation features of retained entry and the action mechanism of gob-side support body based on the strata movement characteristics in solid backfill mining.The main factor influencing the deformation and instability of the support body is the lateral force caused by tamping operation.A mechanical model of support body stability influenced by lateral force was established,and the width calculation formula of the support body was deduced.The deformation of the support bodies of different widths was analyzed using numerical simulation method with relevant parameters of Huayuan mine.The result shows that the deformation of the support body can be effectively controlled when its width is more than 2.5 m and it is supported by bolts together with bands and net.The field test proves that the technology is successful and effective;the mechanical model of support body stability as well as the width calculation formula is rational.
