摘　　要：自学校经营的思想引入中国,中国教育界的理论者和实践者都在探索着中国教育的经营之道。产权是学校经营的根本基础,学校产权经营就是学校经营的一种基本模式,是学校资本经营的高级形式。它在学校经营的实践和理论发展中有着非常重要的作用。从分析产权的一般内涵出发,界定学校产权的本质,探讨学校产权经营的基本含义,并介绍学校产权经营模式及其细分。Since the school management has been introduced into China, business management in Chinese education has been explored both in theory and in practice. Property rights are the fundamental basis of the school management. School property rights management is a fundamental mode of school management, and it is an advanced form of school capital man- agement. It plays a very important role in the development of the practice and theory of school management. Proceed from the general meaning of the analysis of property rights, this paper defined the essence of the school property rights, and gave a view of school property rights run basic meaning, and finally, described the school property management model and its subdivision.
