摘　　要：作为当前组织与管理研究的前沿领域,对社会网络理论进行了系统性综述。首先分析了社会网络理论的产生背景和发展脉络;其次对社会网络理论的主要流派进行了详尽阐述,论证了各自的理论贡献和应用价值。最后,对社会网络理论进行了研究展望,并指出了未来进一步研究的机会和方向。This paper made a systematic review of social network theory. It firstly analyzed the background and develop- ment context of the social network theory; then followed by explore the main schools of social network theory; and elaborated their respective theoretical contributions and application value. Finally, it concluded the research with an outlook, and pointed out the opportunities and directions lies in further research on social network theory.
