摘  要:配电网规划和配电自动化发展所面临的一个重要问题是选择合理的配电网接线模式,为此根据中压配电网接线原则及技术要求,应用配电网"N-1"安全准则,对中压配电网闭环设计、开环运行的典型接线模式进行了分析;提出了基于"N-1"安全准则的配电网主变压器及线路故障后重构的实用评估分析方式和方案,开发了相应的评估分析应用软件,对城市实际中压配电网进行了"N-1"安全准则评估分析。由评估分析可见,多分段、多联络的馈线接线方式既能提高供电可靠性,又能有效地利用主变压器容量,提升中压配电网供电能力。It is important to select reasonable connection modes of distribution networks in distribution network plan and automation development. For this reason, according to the principle and technical requirements of MV distribu- tion network connecting, and N - 1 security criterion, the typical connection modes of medium voltage (MV) distri- bution networks with ring construction and radial operation are analyzed. The evaluation and analysis manner and scheme are provided for checking on the reconfiguration after the faults of main transformers or lines based on N - 1 security criterion. And the correspondent evaluation analysis software is developed, which is used to evaluate some practical city MV distribution networks. From the results of the assessment analysis, it is obvious that the connection mode with multiple segmented and contact feeders can improve the reliability of power supply, but also effectively uti- lize the main transformer capacity, and enhance the power supply capability of the MV distribution network.
