六神丸对肺癌A549细胞Caspase-3及Survivin表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨六神丸对肺癌A549细胞凋亡的影响及其机制。方法:制备六神丸含药血清,体外培养肺癌A549细胞,分组干预,运用免疫组织化学法检测Caspase-3的表达、RT-PCR法检测Survivin的表达。结果:六神丸具有诱导肺癌A549细胞凋亡的作用,与顺铂联合应用产生协同作用,其机理与上调Caspase-3的表达和下调Survivin的表达有关。结论:六神丸可通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡发挥抗肿瘤作用。Objective：To study the influence of Liu Shen Wan on the apoptosis of A549 lung cancer cell and its possible mechanism.Methods：Serum containing Liu Shen Wan was prepared and A549 cells were cultured in vitro and intervened in groups.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Caspase-3.RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Survivin.Results：Liu Shen Wan could induce the apoptosis of A549 lung cancer cell line and have synergy by combing with DDP.Its mechanism was related with the elevation of Caspase-3 expression and the reduction of Survivin expression.Conclusion：Liu Shen Wan can play antitumor effect by inducing tumor cell apoptosis.
