摘　　要：目的:探讨马丙祥教授运用四逆散加味治疗小儿疾病的临床经验。方法:通过列举案例,总结马丙祥教授运用四逆散加味治疗小儿疾病的经验。结果:灵活运用四逆散,随证加减,治疗小儿发作性腹痛、多发性抽动症、注意力缺陷多动症疗效显著。结论:小儿疾病虽症状各异,但经辨证后属肝郁脾虚之证,皆可予四逆散加味治疗,可取得较好疗效。Objective：To investigate clinical experience of Professor Ma Bingxiang application Modified Sini Powder for the treatment of pediatric diseases.Methods：The experience of Professor Ma Bingxiang application Modified Sini Powder for the treatment of pediatric diseases was summarized through enumeration cases.Results：There are distinct curative effect in treating paroxysmal abdominal pain of children,tourette syndrome,and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder by the flexible uses of Sini Powder,and addition and subtraction according to syndrome.Conclusion：Although symptoms of pediatric disease are various,after syndrome differentiation,once they are belonged to liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome,all can be treated with Modified Sini Powder,and obtain good curative effect.
